Wiston Blanc de Noirs 2010 - 75cl - 12% ABV
Wiston Estate has been owned by the Goring family since 1743. Harry and Pip Goring planted their first vines in 2006, choosing the three traditional sparkling wine varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
Wiston Estate’s traditional wooden Coquard press is one of only four outside of France and is unique to the UK. These brilliant wines are created by one of the best winemakers in the country, Dermot Sugrue. With a little help from his two dogs, Tara and Noodles, Dermot epitomises the artistry in winemaking.
A sensational wine bursting with rich complexity. Aromas of creamy apple, rhubarb and strawberry develop into nutty brioche tones on an elegant finish. Fresh red berries, lemon zest and hazelnut characters add great depth on the palate.
